Lateral Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation, Walnut Creek

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Walnut Creek office. The role is open to partners with a portable practice who can immediately contribute to corporate, intellectual property (including patent and IP litigation), or commercial litigation work.

Priority is given to candidates able to develop or expand client relationships and collaborate across transactional and litigation teams. The office supports cross-practice cooperation on M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth matters, ERISA-related work and mass-tort engagements.

• Proven partner-level experience in one or more of: corporate/M&A, intellectual property (including patent/IP litigation) or commercial litigation.
• Portable book of business or demonstrable ability to generate and grow client relationships.
• Track record of originating work, leading engagements, and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Admission to practice in California (or ability to qualify) and willingness to work collaboratively across offices.
