Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an established employment and labor litigation practice in Walnut Creek. The role focuses on representing employers in complex employment disputes, regulatory matters, and litigation across state and federal courts.

The team handles a broad range of workplace litigation and counseling matters; the incoming partner will have immediate client-facing responsibility and work with experienced litigators across the region. This position is with a large, national firm with a strong labor & employment platform.

Candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships are encouraged to apply; business-generation capability will be a significant part of the role.

Proven partner-level experience handling employment and labor litigation (trial and appellate experience preferred).
Track record advising employers on employment law, regulatory compliance, and workplace investigations.
Demonstrated business development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships.
Excellent litigation, client-management, and mentoring abilities; admissions and credentials appropriate for California practice.
