Growing Quebec-based law practice is looking for experienced senior lawyers to join its commercial team. The role is open to lateral partners with established practices in M&A, corporate finance, commercial litigation, insolvency or related commercial matters.

Successful candidates will join a compact, market-focused office and work on a mix of transactional and contentious matters for Canadian clients. The team values practical judgment, strong client service and collaborative, collegial behaviour.

Partners will be expected to contribute a portable practice; associates or counsel-level hires without portability are also considered for non-partner roles.

Licensed to practise law in Quebec (Quebec licence required; dual Quebec + common‑law provincial licence acceptable)
Established practice in one or more of: M&A, corporate/finance, commercial litigation or insolvency
Proven client development ability for partner hires (portable practice expected)
Strong interpersonal and commercial legal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a small team
