Corporate / M&A Partner — Edmonton

Senior partner-level hire to help lead and expand an established corporate/M&A practice in the firm's Edmonton office. The primary focus is on continuing growth of the corporate group and bringing a portable partner practice to the team.

There are additional opportunistic openings for experienced M&A associates (mid-level) and a later priority opening for a partner in bankruptcy & insolvency. All roles will work with national and regional corporate clients and experienced deal teams.

• Lateral partner: significant senior experience in M&A/corporate transactions (ideally 18+ years call or equivalent seniority).
• Proven, portable book of business and established client relationships appropriate to partner hiring.
• Strong reputation in market, demonstrable deal experience, and an ability to contribute to business development and practice leadership.
• For opportunistic associate hires: mid-level M&A associates with relevant transactional experience (typically several years post-qualification).
