Partner, Corporate / M&A — Toronto

Leading Toronto office seeking a partner to join a conventional corporate practice with a focus on corporate commercial and M&A work. The role is based in Toronto and will handle a mix of transactional matters for Canadian and cross-border clients.

The team welcomes both focused M&A specialists and broader corporate lawyers. The position emphasizes business origination and the ability to grow and multiply an existing client base within the platform.

• Established partner with significant transactional experience in M&A and/or corporate commercial matters
• Portable practice / demonstrable book of business required; candidate must be able to generate and grow client work
• Track record of client relationship management and business development
• Ability to work collaboratively within a mid-to-large firm environment and contribute to team growth
