Partner — Corporate & M&A — Toronto

Well-established multi-practice firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its corporate platform in Toronto. The hire will focus on high-priority workstreams including M&A, private equity and commercial real estate, with opportunities to advise on tax matters and related transactional work.

The team is intentionally building capacity and is open to partners who bring an existing practice or who have demonstrable runway for growth. The role offers a collaborative environment and support to scale a transaction-focused practice across corporate, tax and real estate matters.

• Established track record in M&A and private equity transactions, with experience on commercial real estate deals
• Strong technical skills in corporate and tax aspects of transactions and ability to advise sophisticated clients
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and to work collaboratively with deal teams
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
