The firm offers a holistic compensation model (origination + advisory + contribution) with a two-year guaranteed compensation arrangement for laterals.
- Portable book of business of $600K+ (USD)
- 15+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience (senior partner profile)
- Track record of handling large real estate transactions (leasing, condo or pure development experience not a fit)
- Environmental due diligence experience is a strong plus
- Background at national or large regional firms with client relationships that can leverage a national/global platform
