National Canadian construction practice integrated with a global construction platform is seeking a lateral partner to join its Toronto team. The group handles both contentious and non-contentious work across infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects.

The firm is looking for a partner with an established, portable construction practice who can contribute client relationships and lead matters. Candidate assessment will focus on commercial fit with the existing team, cultural alignment, conflicts clearance and the strength of the individual practice.

While the primary target is a junior partner with roughly 10–15 years post-call, the team will also consider senior partners with a compelling business case.

Established construction practice with a portable book of business.
Approximately 10–15 years post-call (junior partner level) preferred; senior partners with a strong business case also invited to enquire.
Experience on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, including infrastructure and commercial/industrial projects.
Proven client relationship management and ability to work collaboratively with an integrated national/global team.
