Ideal candidates will be ready to manage transactions end-to-end and to contribute immediately to the group's deal flow without relying on extensive internal junior resources.

Established capital markets partner with significant experience on mining-related transactions
Self-sufficient, portable practice or a small, independently operating team (bringable book of business expected)
Proven ability to run full life-cycle deals with limited associate support
Track record of handling complex, long-duration financings and securities matters
