Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor team in the Jackson office. The role focuses on defending and advising employers in employment litigation and related labor matters, with opportunities to lead cases and mentor junior lawyers.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative litigation practice handling a mix of trials, hearings and counseling engagements. This is a visible role with expectations for client leadership and business development within the employment and labor space.

Proven partner-level experience in employment law and employment-related litigation.
Demonstrable trial and courtroom experience, or significant lead role in major disputes.
Track record of client development and ability to grow a portable practice.
Strong management and mentoring skills; ability to lead teams on complex matters.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain).
