A well-established national law firm is seeking an experienced litigation partner to join its Jackson office. The role focuses on commercial and defense-side litigation across employment, professional liability, healthcare and construction-related matters.

The successful candidate will lead case strategy and trials, manage and mentor a team of litigators, and work closely with practice leaders to grow regional workstreams. The role is a senior, client-facing position where business development and relationship management are important.

Partner-level litigation experience with a track record in commercial litigation, employment law, professional liability or healthcare-related disputes.
Significant trial and courtroom experience; able to lead complex matters from intake through trial.
Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business development; portable client relationships are a plus.
Experience supervising associates and staff, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and admission to the relevant state bar.
