Leading US litigation team seeks a partner to join and grow its Employment & Labor practice in the Nashville office. The role focuses on defending employers in employment litigation and related workplace disputes across state and federal courts.

The position offers responsibility for client development, mentoring junior lawyers, and handling high-stakes matters from intake through trial. Candidates with an established portable practice or demonstrable business-generation ability will be given strong consideration.

Established partner-level experience in employment litigation/ labor matters
Proven experience managing complex cases through discovery and trial
Track record of client development and willingness to grow a portable practice
Ability to supervise and mentor associates and collaborate with cross-practice teams
Admission to practice in Tennessee (or ability to obtain)
