Established litigation practice in Nashville is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its commercial and employment litigation capabilities. The role will handle a mix of commercial disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related matters and construction litigation across state and federal courts.

Ideal candidates will join an experienced trial team, take ownership of client relationships, and help expand the practice through business development. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate work is a plus.

Partner-level experience in commercial and employment litigation, including trial and motion practice
Proven experience handling healthcare, professional liability or construction-related disputes preferred
Established client relationships and demonstrable business development skills; portable book of business welcomed
Admission to practice in Tennessee (or willingness to obtain) and ability to litigate in state and federal courts
