Established national law firm is seeking a partner-level litigator to grow and lead its Nashville litigation practice with a focus on securities and white-collar matters. The role combines complex courtroom work, investigations and regulatory defense.

The successful candidate will manage significant matters, develop and maintain client relationships, supervise associates and collaborate across practices. This is an opportunity to build a visible local practice within an established platform.

A portable practice or demonstrable originations history is welcome; the role carries partnership-level expectations for client development and practice leadership.

Experienced litigator at partner or equivalent level with significant securities and/or white-collar experience
Proven record of managing complex investigations, regulatory matters or securities litigation
Demonstrable client development/origination and ability to grow a local practice (portable book welcomed)
Bar admission and ability to practice in Tennessee or willingness to relocate
