Partner-level opportunity in a national employment and labor practice based in Los Angeles. The role focuses on defending and advising employers across discrimination, wage & hour, and class/collective litigation, with opportunities to lead high-profile matters and trial work.

The team seeks a senior hire who will generate and grow client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development for the office and national practice. Portable client relationships or an existing book of business are welcome and will be valued.

Established partner with significant experience in employment and labor litigation, including discrimination, wage & hour, and class actions.
Proven track record of client development and managing complex matters from intake through resolution or trial.
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and collaborating with national practice teams.
Bar admission and the ability to practice in California.
