Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office to lead and grow a real estate litigation and construction practice. The role will handle complex commercial real estate disputes, construction defect and contract litigation, and related appellate matters.

The successful candidate will collaborate with transactional real estate teams on overlapping matters and supervise trial teams. A portable practice is welcome; the position includes client development responsibilities and leadership of substantive litigation matters.

Admitted to practice in California and eligible for partnership
Proven partner-level experience in real estate litigation and construction disputes
Appellate experience and strong appellate briefing skills preferred
Track record of trial and dispositive motion work and supervising junior lawyers
Business development ability; a portable practice or demonstrated client origination is valued
