Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Walnut Creek office to grow a busy Employment & Labor practice. The role will involve leading client matters, supervising associates, and developing new business across employment, benefits/ERISA and related labor work.

There is scope to collaborate with the firm's corporate, intellectual property and litigation teams on cross-practice matters. The team handles both contentious and advisory work and is looking for a senior lawyer who can manage high-value engagements and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with substantial experience in employment & labor law; ERISA and benefits experience a strong plus
Proven book of business or demonstrable client origination and business development capability (portable practice encouraged)
Track record of leading matters, managing teams, and working collaboratively across corporate, IP and litigation practices
Bar admission and standing in the relevant jurisdiction; ability to work from the Walnut Creek office
