Senior finance partner opportunity at a highly regarded German law firm’s Munich office. The role is for an established practitioner to lead and expand the firm’s banking and finance practice, working on a mix of domestic and cross-border financing matters.

The successful candidate will take a visible market-facing role, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practice groups to develop transactional workstreams. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is desirable.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions
Track record of originating or managing client relationships and leading deal teams
Ability to develop business and mentor fee-earning lawyers
Admission to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and strong technical knowledge of German finance law
