Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Munich. The role focuses on advising banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a full range of finance matters, working on cross-border and domestic transactions.

The team offers a collaborative platform with international deal flow and strong institutional clients. The firm is open to candidates who can bring an established, portable practice and demonstrate a track record of originating and leading mandates.

Substantial partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions (domestic and cross-border).
Proven record of business development and client relationship management; portable client base preferred.
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills on financing documentation.
Ability to work effectively within an international team and manage junior lawyers.
