Senior finance partner role in Munich for a leading international practice advising banks and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border financing transactions. The role will focus on lending, syndicated facilities and related banking matters across Germany and Europe.

The post-holder will join a well-resourced team and be expected to lead client relationships, originate work and advise on complex finance structures. Strong market reputation in banking and finance is required.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established track record in banking and finance transactions (syndicated loans, acquisition finance or similar)
Significant partner-level experience in the German market; admitted/licensed where appropriate
Fluent German and English; ability to originate and manage client relationships
