Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its finance and capital markets practice in Munich. The role focuses on advising corporates and financial institutions on complex capital markets and finance transactions across Germany and the region.

The successful candidate will join a senior team, contribute to case strategy and matters, and play a visible role in business development for the practice.

• Proven partner-level experience in finance and capital markets transactions
• Strong track record of originating and leading client engagements
• Admission to practise in Germany (or equivalent) and fluency in German and English
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
