Partner — Corporate / Finance & Tax, Munich

Senior partner hire to join and help lead a 4–5 partner team based in Munich. The role focuses on corporate, finance and tax work as the flagship offering, with scope to expand or transition an entire office or boutique into the platform.

While corporate, finance and tax are the core priorities, the team is also open to candidates with significant experience in disputes, IP or employment who can contribute to cross‑practice work.

• Proven partner-level experience in corporate, finance and/or tax transactions and advisory work
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
• Ability to lead or integrate an existing office/boutique and support a 4–5 partner team
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
