Lateral Partner — Healthcare & IP Litigation — Washington, D.C.

Senior litigation partner sought to lead and grow an intellectual property litigation practice focused on healthcare and life sciences matters. The role will handle high-stakes IP disputes, develop case strategy, and represent clients across the litigation lifecycle.

The partner will lead and mentor a team of litigators, work closely with clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, and collaborate with IP and regulatory specialists. Significant client development responsibility is expected; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business origination track record are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner-level experience in intellectual property litigation, preferably involving healthcare or life sciences clients.
• Proven ability to lead litigation teams and manage complex, high-value matters.
• Demonstrable client development and relationship-management skills; portable business welcomed.
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (Washington, D.C.).
