Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Spokane office to expand a busy healthcare litigation practice. The role focuses on defending healthcare providers, advising on regulatory risk, and handling complex, high-exposure disputes.

New hire will work with an established litigation platform and have opportunity to grow a portable practice across regional and national matters. The team handles matters that intersect healthcare regulation, life sciences issues and commercial litigation.

Seasoned litigation partner with significant healthcare or life‑sciences litigation experience
Proven trial and motion practice; strong courtroom and depositions experience
Track record of managing client relationships and developing business; portable book of business preferred
Bar admission in the state or ability to obtain admission; excellent writing and leadership skills
