Established regional office is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its Employment & Labor litigation practice in Spokane. The role focuses on handling complex employment disputes, defending and prosecuting labor matters, and providing strategic counseling to a diverse client base.

The partner will manage trial-ready litigation, supervise associates and staff, and drive business development in the Pacific Northwest. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced firm platform while growing a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including trial and motion experience
Track record of managing files and mentoring junior lawyers
Demonstrated business development ability; portable book of business welcomed
Bar admission in Washington (or willingness to obtain) and strong local/regional relationships
