Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a healthcare litigation practice in Philadelphia, with a focus on life sciences and digital-health technology disputes. The role will join an established multidisciplinary team covering healthcare, technology and life-sciences clients.

The partner will handle complex, high-stakes litigation and regulatory-driven matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on technology-related issues. There is an expectation of contributing to business development; candidates with a portable practice are welcome.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and life‑sciences litigation, including technology-related disputes
Proven trial and/or high-stakes motion practice and strong written and oral advocacy
Demonstrated ability to originate or cultivate client relationships; candidates with a portable practice encouraged
Experience supervising teams and developing junior lawyers; admitted or able to be admitted in Pennsylvania
