Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Antitrust Litigation, Washington, D.C.

National law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to lead patent litigation and antitrust matters. The role will handle complex disputes involving life sciences and technology clients and matters connected to private equity and energy industry transactions.

Ideal candidate will bring a portable litigation practice, strong client relationships, and trial or contentious experience. The team works collaboratively across practice groups and offices and operates an open compensation system.

• Partner-level experience in patent litigation and antitrust/competition disputes.
• Proven client origination and management skills; portable book of business required.
• Experience with life sciences and technology matters and matters tied to private equity or energy clients.
• Strong courtroom/trial experience and ability to supervise teams.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
