Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate, Walnut Creek

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Walnut Creek office focusing on intellectual property and corporate work. The role will emphasize IP litigation and corporate transactional matters, with opportunities to collaborate across litigation, corporate governance and complex commercial practices.

The team is looking for a partner with a portable practice who can contribute client relationships and help grow the office. You will join a multi-practice platform with regional and national reach and support from established teams in related disciplines.

• Established partner with significant experience in IP litigation and/or corporate practice
• Portable practice or demonstrable book of business and a track record of originating client work
• Ability to work collaboratively across litigation, corporate governance and commercial teams
• Strong client development skills and willingness to participate in regional growth initiatives
