Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Litigation, Fort Lauderdale

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national practice in Fort Lauderdale and lead a patent litigation practice. The role focuses on complex patent disputes, high-stakes litigation strategy and courtroom work, and will partner with complementary finance and structured-transaction teams on cross-discipline matters.

The successful candidate will manage a team of litigators, develop and execute case strategy from pre-suit through trial, and drive business development with existing client relationships. This is a partner-level role for an established rainmaker with a portable practice.

• Established patent litigation practice with demonstrable client relationships and a track record of bringing portable business.
• Significant litigation experience including motion practice and trial or substantial hearing experience in patent matters.
• Comfort working alongside finance/structured-transaction colleagues on matters with IP and commercial dimensions.
• Proven business development skills and ability to lead a partner-level practice.
