Senior lateral partner opportunity in the Fort Lauderdale office of a nationally‑focused US law firm. The primary focus is on real estate and land use/ zoning matters, with the role suited to lawyers who run a portable practice and want to join an established office.

The team also handles related commercial litigation, corporate/securities, bankruptcy, labor & employment, intellectual property, and eminent domain/property‑rights work, and the incoming partner may contribute across these areas where appropriate.

This is an active but opportunistic search for a senior partner who can be based in the Fort Lauderdale office and integrate into a multi‑disciplinary practice group.

Senior partner / lateral partner with significant experience (typically 15+ years) in real estate and land use/zoning.
Proven, portable practice or book of business appropriate to partner hire; able to develop and maintain client relationships.
Track record in handling complex transactions and/or contested land use and property‑rights matters; commercial litigation and corporate/securities experience a plus.
Must be resident in (or able to relocate to) Fort Lauderdale and align with an existing office; hybrid/remote placements not suitable.
