Apply in confidence →The firm keeps this requirement live while the right candidate is in market, without a fixed closing date. We take approaches at any stage in your own timeline.
A national mid-sized law firm with a strong platform and a growing Fort Lauderdale office is seeking lateral partners in several key practice areas. The immediate priority is real estate—including land use and zoning, real estate finance, commercial leasing, and construction—alongside corporate and securities, litigation, tax, healthcare, immigration, and intellectual property. The firm offers a collaborative, partner-friendly environment with competitive billing rates that appeal to mid-market and large-company clients.
This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced platform with a clear growth trajectory. The Fort Lauderdale office currently has about 15 attorneys and is targeting 30 within the next 12–18 months. Partners who value a rate structure that attracts a broad client base—and who are comfortable operating in a mid-sized firm with a national footprint—will find a supportive and entrepreneurial culture.
The ideal candidates are lateral partners with portable business, strong client relationships, and a track record of generating work. While a wide range of practices are in scope, the firm is not active in criminal law. All roles require alignment with the firm's existing Fort Lauderdale office; remote placements are not available.
We welcome conversations with individual partners or small groups (partner-led, with associates welcome as part of a move). If you are looking for a platform where your practice can grow and your rates can be competitive, we would like to hear from you.

- For litigation roles: experience as a commercial litigator; interest in building a group
- For healthcare roles: experience as a health law specialist
