Lateral Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property (Fort Lauderdale)

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a litigation and patent practice in the Fort Lauderdale office. The role combines hands-on patent litigation leadership with collaboration across finance-related practices to support complex, interdisciplinary matters.

The successful candidate will manage high-stakes patent disputes, build and supervise litigation teams, and drive business development. This position offers responsibility for client relationship management and the opportunity to grow a significant practice book within a broad, multi-practice platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in patent litigation, including trial and appellate experience
• Demonstrable business development and client-management skills; ability to originate and grow matters
• Experience working with finance-side teams on matters involving leveraged or structured finance a plus
• Admission to practice in Florida (or ability to obtain) and high professional standing
