Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Los Angeles

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established IP litigation team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on leading high-stakes patent litigation and overseeing patent prosecution strategy for sophisticated technology clients.

The successful candidate will take a senior role managing matters from case strategy through trial and advising clients on enforcement, licensing and portfolio development. There is an expectation to contribute to business development and help grow the practice.

• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution.
• Track record of managing complex IP matters through trial or high-stakes dispute resolution.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills; ability to win and manage client engagements.
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdictions.
• Portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
