Established partner or counsel with a track record in patent prosecution and patent litigation.
Experience leading teams on contested matters and managing complex prosecution dockets.
Proven client development skills and ability to manage client relationships; portability of work will be considered.
Admission to practice and appropriate technical background for patent work.
