Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to lead and grow IP litigation and patent prosecution work. The role will handle high‑stakes patent litigation across technology sectors and advise clients on patent strategy, enforcement and portfolio development.

The successful candidate will join an established team of IP litigators and prosecutors, collaborate across practices, and play a visible role in business development. This position is suited to an experienced partner who can both manage major matters and develop client relationships.

Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate and grow business are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner track record in patent litigation and/or patent prosecution.
• Experience managing complex, high‑stakes IP matters and leading teams.
