Leading national law firm is recruiting an experienced intellectual property litigation partner for its White Plains (Westchester County) office. The role focuses on patent litigation across federal courts and the ITC, handling high-stakes matters for sophisticated clients.

The office seeks a senior practitioner who will manage and grow an active IP litigation practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with the national litigation team. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development capability is highly valued.

Established experience in patent litigation (including federal court and, ideally, ITC matters)
Strong trial and motion practice; courtroom experience preferred
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice welcomed
Experience leading teams and mentoring associates
Admission to practice in New York (or eligibility)
