The successful candidate will lead client engagements, cultivate business, and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex financing and patent-litigation matters. This is a rainmaking role with visibility across the firm’s U.S. platform.

Established partner with significant experience in finance transactions and/or patent litigation.
Proven track record of originating and managing client matters; portable business or demonstrable client relationships desirable.
Licensed to practice in New York (or eligible) and able to handle matters across U.S. jurisdictions.
Strong leadership, business development, and cross-practice collaboration skills.
