Growing office seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand a patent litigation practice in White Plains. The role focuses on high-stakes patent disputes across technology sectors, managing complex docket work and guiding courtroom strategy.

This is a client-facing leadership role: you will supervise associates, collaborate with cross-office teams, and develop new business while maintaining top-level matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in patent litigation, including claim construction and Markman hearings
• Significant trial and motion practice experience and the ability to manage teams on complex matters
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
