Leading, internationally focused law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Frankfurt tax practice. The role will focus on cross-border tax advisory work for corporate clients and financial institutions, advising on structuring, transactional tax issues and regulatory matters.

The position offers a chance to lead and develop a portable international tax practice in Germany, work alongside an established team, and contribute to business development across Europe. This is a senior role with client-facing responsibility and strategic input on complex cross-border matters.

Proven partner-level experience in international tax advisory and structuring.
Established client relationships and ability to bring a portable practice.
Strong technical knowledge of German and cross-border tax rules; experience with corporate and financial services clients preferred.
Fluency in English; German language skills advantageous.
