Leading German tax practice seeking a lateral partner to join its Frankfurt office. The role offers responsibility for managing complex domestic and cross-border tax matters and advising corporates, private equity and high-net-worth clients.

Ideal for an entrepreneurial tax partner who will lead client engagements, contribute to business development and help grow the practice in Germany. Portable client relationships and a demonstrable book of business are welcomed.

Qualified tax lawyer or equivalent German tax qualification.
Established partner-level track record in corporate tax, international tax or transactional tax work.
Proven client development skills; portable client relationships welcome.
Fluent German and strong English; able to supervise and mentor team members.
