Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New Orleans team to lead litigation and labor & employment matters, with additional work across healthcare and construction-related disputes. The role involves handling commercial and professional-liability litigation for private clients and supporting cross-practice opportunities.

The team offers an active docket and collaboration with experienced litigators across the firm’s U.S. platform. This is a partner-level role for a lawyer who can manage complex matters, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to practice growth.

Portable client relationships are welcome and will be considered in evaluating candidates.

Partner-level litigation and labor & employment experience; track record in commercial and professional-liability matters
Proven ability to manage matters from intake through trial or resolution and to lead teams
Demonstrated business development capability and established client relationships (portable book of business a plus)
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become licensed
