The successful candidate will take a senior role handling high‑stakes cases, mentoring associates, and developing client relationships. This is an opportunity to join a busy practice with regional and national matters while maintaining a portable practice.

Partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including trial and dispositive-motion experience
Track record of originating and managing significant matters and mentoring junior lawyers
Established client relationships or a portable practice that can be integrated into the team
Licensed to practice in Louisiana (or ability to obtain admission) and eligible for federal court admissions
