Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Wilmington litigation group focusing on insurance matters. The role centers on representing policyholders in disputed coverage claims and providing insurance counseling across a mix of contested litigation and advisory work.

The team handles complex coverage disputes and appellate work, and the position offers a platform to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with trial counsel. Candidates with an established policyholder practice or the ability to develop one will be strongly considered.

Admission to the Delaware bar (or willingness to transfer) and a J.D.
Established partner-level litigation experience with a strong focus on insurance coverage and policyholder representation.
Proven trial and appellate capabilities and experience advising clients on insurance counseling and coverage disputes.
Track record of originating or developing client work; portability or demonstrable business development ability preferred.
