Top-ranked international law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand its litigation and international arbitration practice in the Houston office. The role will handle high‑stakes international disputes, lead teams in complex cross‑border matters, and act as a senior client-facing lawyer on significant engagements.

The successful candidate will be expected to drive business development, manage and mentor associates, and collaborate with colleagues across the firm's global platform. This is a visible role with responsibility for originating work and strengthening the office's international dispute resolution capabilities.

Partner-level experience handling international arbitration and complex commercial litigation.
Proven track record of leading matters, managing teams, and delivering results in cross‑border disputes.
Demonstrable business development skills; a portable practice or proven ability to originate work is desirable.
Admission to the Texas bar (or eligibility) and strong written and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and travel as required.
