Senior-level opening for an experienced IP litigator to lead and expand an Intellectual Property litigation practice in Houston. The role combines courtroom advocacy, complex patent and trademark disputes, and strategic management of client matters across technology-focused industries.
The partner will supervise and develop a small team of litigators, work closely with in‑house counsel and external experts, and contribute to business development efforts to grow regional and national IP litigation work.
- Portable book of business of $2 million (USD)
- Proven trial and appellate litigation experience in IP matters (patent, trademark, trade secret)
- Track record of originating and developing client relationships and winning new business
- Ability to lead teams and mentor associates; active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
