Highly regarded national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Houston office to lead and grow an intellectual property litigation practice. The role will focus on high-stakes patent and IP disputes across district and appellate courts, with opportunities for trial work and courtroom leadership.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative litigation team, partner with established litigators across offices, and play a visible role in client relationship management and business development. The firm values counselors who combine deep technical litigation experience with proven client origination abilities.

Established partner-level IP litigation practice with substantial courtroom and dispositive motion experience.
Proven track record of originating and sustaining client relationships; portable book of business required.
Strong business development skills and a demonstrable history of win-rate and client service.
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdictions (Texas bar admission preferred) and an active JD.
