Seeking a partner to lead and grow a real estate and construction litigation practice in the Anchorage office of a national law firm. The role combines hands-on litigation and trial work with responsibility for developing and managing client relationships and local office matters.

The successful candidate will handle complex commercial disputes arising from real estate and construction matters, supervise a small team of litigators, and work closely with other practice groups on transactional and risk-related issues. Portable business is welcome and will be considered as part of the hiring discussion.

Proven partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation.
Strong trial and motion practice; ability to manage significant disputes from intake through trial.
Demonstrated client-development and business-generation skills; portable practice considered.
Experience supervising associates and contributing to practice management and growth.
Admission to the Alaska bar or ability to obtain admission.
