Well-established national law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its real estate and construction litigation practice in Honolulu. The role focuses on handling complex construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related transactional risk counseling for regional clients.

The position requires managing significant matters from intake through trial and appeal, supervising junior lawyers, and collaborating with cross-practice teams. Strong courtroom experience and a client-facing approach are essential.

There is an expectation of business development — candidates with a portable practice or proven ability to originate and grow client relationships will be strongly considered.

Partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes.
Proven trial and motion practice skills; comfortable leading complex matters through all phases.
Track record of client development and ability to cultivate new business; portable practice desirable.
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and working with multidisciplinary teams.
Admission to practice in Hawaii or eligibility to become admitted.
