Established national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in Honolulu. The role focuses on managing complex employment disputes, counseling employers, and representing clients across litigation, administrative proceedings, and arbitration.

The successful candidate will supervise and develop junior lawyers, collaborate with cross-practice teams, and play an active role in business development efforts. A portable practice or existing client relationships are welcome and will be supported.

Juris Doctor and active bar admission in Hawaii (or eligible for admission)
Proven partner-level experience handling employment and labor litigation matters, including trials and hearings
Track record of client relationship management and origination/business development
Leadership and team-management experience; ability to mentor associates
Strong drafting, advocacy, and client counselling skills
