Seeking a partner to lead and grow a litigation-focused practice in Honolulu, with a primary emphasis on employment and labor disputes and related professional liability and healthcare matters. The role offers responsibility for managing commercial litigation matters, supervising associates, and developing client relationships across local and national matters.

The firm is looking for an experienced courtroom advocate who can handle high-stakes litigation, contribute to business development, and work collaboratively with cross-practice teams. A portable practice or the ability to originate and expand client work in the region will be viewed positively.

Established track record in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters.
Significant trial and courtroom experience preferred; strong written advocacy skills.
Proven ability to manage and mentor litigation teams.
Business development orientation — ability to cultivate client relationships and grow a practice; portable book of business welcomed.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain it.
