Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a construction-focused litigation practice in the firm's Wilmington office. The role centers on handling complex construction and commercial real estate disputes across litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will manage a docket of contested matters, supervise and develop associates, and work collaboratively across practice groups to service regional clients. There is an expectation to contribute to business development and bring an established, portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in construction and commercial real estate litigation
Proven trial and arbitration experience with a track record of managing complex disputes
Demonstrated business development skills and an ability to cultivate client relationships; portable practice preferred
Experience supervising associates and contributing to practice management
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
