A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Regulatory & Compliance practice in Rochester. The role will lead client engagements on regulatory matters, internal investigations, enforcement responses and compliance program design across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will be a visible team leader, providing day-to-day client counsel, developing and executing business development strategies, and mentoring junior lawyers. The firm offers broad national resources while maintaining a collaborative local team.

Portable business is welcome and will be considered as part of the hiring discussion.

Established track record in regulatory and compliance work, including investigations and enforcement matters.
Proven client relationships and business development capabilities; portable practice welcomed.
Demonstrated team leadership and experience mentoring associates.
Admission to practice in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
